Who can apply for a trade account?
UK-registered businesses purchasing research-grade peptides in volume — research laboratories, retailers stocking research compounds, and other bulk research buyers. We verify Companies House or VAT registration as part of the application.
How long does approval take?
Typically 1–2 business days once we have your documents. We email you the moment your account is live, with details for ordering at trade prices.
Is there a minimum order value?
No minimum on standard trade orders. The deeper bulk-pricing tiers kick in by SKU quantity, not order value — so a single high-volume SKU still unlocks the trade price.
Can I order on invoice?
Bank transfer at checkout is the default. Invoice-on-account is available on request after your first two settled orders, subject to a brief credit check.
Do you ship outside the UK?
UK, EU and worldwide. Customs paperwork and harmonised codes are handled on our side; transit times are 2–5 business days for EU destinations.
