Pre-Mixed Peptide Pens
A pre-mixed peptide pen is a sealed 3 ml cartridge of stabilised solution in a dial-dosing pen, supplied pre-filled and ready to dispense. There is no reconstitution step: no bacteriostatic water to add, no mixing, and no variation between one preparation and the next. The concentration is fixed at manufacture, so a given click count displaces the same volume every time.

What a pre-mixed peptide pen is
A peptide pen is a dial-dosing injector built around a sealed glass cartridge. In a pre-mixed pen that cartridge arrives already filled with 3 ml of stabilised solution, so the device is complete on arrival: cartridge, dial mechanism, dose counter and threaded needle mount in one unit.
The dial is the part that distinguishes a pen from a syringe. Turning it advances an internal plunger by a fixed mechanical increment, and the counter shows how far it has been advanced. Because the increment is mechanical rather than judged by eye against a barrel scale, the same setting displaces the same volume on the first dispense and the last.
The trade-off is that a pen is fixed at manufacture. The concentration cannot be changed, and the cartridge cannot be topped up or refilled — a pen holds one compound at one strength for its whole life.
Pre-filled and ready to dispense
The conventional research presentation is a lyophilised powder in a vial, which has to be brought into solution before anything can be measured from it. That adds a preparation stage before the work starts: a diluent has to be sourced separately, the resulting concentration depends on how much was used, and the whole exercise has to be repeated identically for every vial.
A pre-filled pen removes that sequence entirely. There is nothing to weigh, nothing to add and nothing to calculate before the first dispense, and no preparation step in which two units can diverge. Prefilled peptide pens also arrive sealed, so the cartridge is not opened to the air during preparation at all.
What you give up is flexibility. A vial can be reconstituted to whatever concentration a protocol calls for; a pen cannot. Where a fixed concentration suits the work, the pen removes a whole class of preparation variance. Where it does not, a vial remains the better fit.
How dial graduation works
Graduation is the relationship between clicks on the dial and material dispensed, and it has two parts. The mechanical part is fixed by the device: each click advances the plunger by a set displacement, which is a volume, not a mass. The chemical part comes from the cartridge: how much compound that volume contains depends on the concentration.
Concentration follows directly from the cartridge, since every pen in this range holds 3 ml — a 60 mg cartridge is 20 mg/ml, a 20 mg cartridge is 6.67 mg/ml. So two pens with identical dials deliver different amounts per click whenever their strengths differ.
This is why graduation figures do not carry across from one pen to another, and why they are published per product rather than here. What the range covers
The catalogue divides in two. Single peptide pens hold one compound per cartridge: Retatrutide, Tirzepatide, Cagrilintide, GHK-Cu, Tesamorelin, Ipamorelin, Semax, Selank, MOTS-c and Melanotan II. Peptide blend pens hold more than one, combined at manufacture in fixed proportion: BPC-157 + TB-500, the Glow blend and the KLOW blend.
The distinction matters for the same reason graduation does. In a single pen, one click displaces a known volume of one compound. In a blend, the same click displaces that volume of the whole mixture, so the ratio between components is fixed by the formulation and cannot be varied at the dial. A blend is a single product with a composition, not several products sharing a barrel.

Handling a sealed cartridge
A pre-mixed pen is supplied cold-packed and should be kept refrigerated on arrival, at 2–8 °C, upright and away from light. A pen is a liquid presentation and should not be frozen. Keep the cap on between uses and store it in the outer carton.
