Peptide Blend Pens
Multi-compound peptide blends, supplied pre-mixed at fixed ratios. Worth knowing before ordering: a fixed-ratio blend cannot tell you which component produced an observed effect. Where the research question concerns one compound, the single-compound vials are the more interpretable choice.
What a peptide blend is
A blend is several compounds combined in one cartridge at a ratio fixed when it was filled. All three blends here are supplied as pre-mixed pens: a sealed 3 ml cartridge in a dial-dosing device, ready to dispense with no reconstitution step.
The appeal is straightforward. One cartridge replaces several, there is one preparation instead of three, and the ratio between components is identical on the first dispense and the last because it was set at manufacture rather than assembled at the bench.
The trade-off, stated plainly
A fixed-ratio blend cannot tell you which component produced an observed effect. That is not a limitation of these particular products, it is a property of combining compounds: the result belongs to the combination, and nothing in the rest of the method separates it out afterwards.
It also cannot be unmixed. The ratio is fixed, so a blend cannot be adjusted to weight one component more heavily, and a component cannot be dropped. Blends earn their place where the combination itself is the object of study, or where a combination already established in the literature is being reproduced rather than investigated component by component.
The three blends
The BPC-157 and TB-500 pen, widely referred to as the Wolverine stack, pairs the two repair compounds most often run together, at 20 mg each for 40 mg in the cartridge. The Wolverine stack guide covers the pairing, and the BPC-157 versus TB-500 guide covers how the two differ when taken separately.
The Glow pen adds GHK-Cu at 100 mg to that same pair, giving 140 mg in the cartridge. GHK-Cu carries most of the mass, which is why the total is high relative to the repair blend. See the Glow stack guide.
The KLOW pen is the Glow composition with KPV added at 20 mg, for 160 mg in total. KLOW and Glow are otherwise the same blend, so the choice between them is simply whether KPV is wanted. The KLOW guide covers it.

Total milligrams are not comparable between blends of different composition, since the figure is dominated by whichever component is present in the largest amount. Compare the component quantities rather than the totals.
The same compounds, separately
Every compound in these blends except KPV is also stocked on its own, which is worth knowing if the aim is to establish what one of them does before combining it.
BPC-157, TB-500 and GHK-Cu are all available as lyophilised vials, and GHK-Cu is also stocked as a single-compound pen.
Handling a sealed cartridge
A pre-mixed cartridge is already in solution, so it does not need reconstituting and no diluent is required. Keep it refrigerated, protected from light, and upright. Do not shake it: peptides are surface active and agitation drives foaming at the air interface, which is a degradation route.
