A blend has no single CAS number, formula or molecular weight — it is four distinct molecules in one solution, so each is listed separately. The 160 mg total is GHK-Cu 100 mg plus BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV at 20 mg each, which is 33.33 mg/ml GHK-Cu and 6.67 mg/ml of each of the other three — the same per-component concentrations as the corresponding single-compound pens.

What KLOW is
KLOW is a trade name for a four-peptide combination, and the name is an acronym of its components' initials. It is the Glow set — GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500 — with the tripeptide KPV added.
As with Glow, there is no molecule called KLOW and the name carries no specification of its own. Blend names in this market are not standardised: another supplier's KLOW may hold a different ratio, or substitute a component, and there is no definition against which either would be wrong. The component list and the total mass are the specification.

What KPV adds
KPV is a tripeptide: lysine, proline, valine. It is the carboxyl-terminal tripeptide of α-melanocyte-stimulating hormone — the same parent hormone that Melanotan II is derived from, though from the opposite end of the sequence and by a completely different route.
That shared parentage is a coincidence of provenance rather than of pharmacology. Melanotan II is a cyclised analogue built to activate melanocortin receptors; KPV is a short linear fragment studied predominantly for anti-inflammatory properties, and it is generally reported as not acting through the melanocortin receptors that mediate α-MSH's pigmentary effects. Two fragments of one hormone, doing unrelated things — which is the same lesson the ACTH fragment in Semax teaches: a fragment is a distinct molecule, not a portion of the parent's activity.
KPV is the smallest peptide anywhere in this catalogue at three residues, tying with GHK. In in-vitro work it appears mainly in inflammation models — cytokine production in stimulated cell cultures, and epithelial barrier models where inflammatory signalling is the readout. Peptide Global does not supply KPV on its own; it appears only as a component of this cartridge.
Four components, one solution
The 160 mg is GHK-Cu 100 mg plus BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV at 20 mg each, and that split is stated on the product page. In the 3 ml cartridge that is 33.33 mg/ml of GHK-Cu and 6.67 mg/ml of each of the other three — again the same per-component concentrations as the corresponding single-compound pens.
The product page's own dial figure confirms the arithmetic: six clicks delivers GHK-Cu 2 mg and 0.4 mg of each of the other three, which is exactly what a 0.01 ml increment gives at those concentrations. So a per-component concentration here is a published, checkable figure, not an unknown — and that is unusual in this market, where most blend listings state only a total.
What is fixed is the ratio. GHK-Cu is five parts to every one of the others, set at manufacture, so the four concentrations cannot be chosen independently of each other. And within a single experiment an observation still cannot be attributed to one component — four peptides were present, and two of the four, BPC-157 and KPV, have no consensus receptor to point at even in isolation. That is an argument for separate controls, not against the format.
None of that makes the format wrong. Combination effects are a legitimate object of study, and the whole point of a fixed-ratio cartridge is that the ratio is the same every time it is used, which makes results within a series comparable to each other even when they cannot be attributed to a component. Handling
A blend inherits the strictest requirement of any component rather than an average, and here that is again set by GHK-Cu — a copper coordination complex, sensitive to pH and competing chelators, with a redox-active metal at its centre. Light protection and refrigeration apply to the whole cartridge.
Stated conditions are 2–8 °C, protected from light, not frozen, for as long as the cartridge is held and not merely in transit.
