These Terms & Conditions govern all sales made by Peptide Global Ltd (registered in England & Wales, company number 17355820) (“Peptide Global”, “we”, “us”) through peptideglobal.co.uk. By placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from this website.
- By ordering, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher or are purchasing on behalf of a laboratory, research institution or company, and that products will be used for laboratory research purposes only.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we believe products may be intended for human or veterinary use.
2. Research use only
All products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not for human or veterinary use, are not medicines, foods or cosmetics, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Our full Research-Use-Only Policy forms part of these terms.
3. Ordering and payment
- All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP).
- Payment is by bank transfer or open banking. When you place an order it is reserved and held; our team will contact you within one working day with payment instructions.
- Orders are dispatched once payment has cleared. Orders unpaid after 7 days may be cancelled and returned to stock.
4. Delivery
Orders paid before 2:00 pm GMT on a working day are dispatched the same day in thermal-insulated, tamper-evident packaging with tracked delivery. Full details, including international shipping, are set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.
5. Returns and refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns and do not issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or any reason other than those set out below.
Our products are temperature-sensitive research compounds shipped under cold-chain conditions. Their integrity cannot be verified once they have left our control, and they cannot be restocked or resold.
The only exceptions are:
- items that arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect and are reported within 48 hours of delivery;
- parcels confirmed lost in transit by the courier;
- orders cancelled before dispatch, which may be cancelled free of charge.
These exceptions are set out in full in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in this clause affects any rights you have that cannot be excluded by law.
6. Product information
Product descriptions and specifications are provided for research documentation purposes. While we take care to ensure accuracy, they do not constitute advice of any kind. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that their intended research use complies with all laws and regulations applicable to them.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, and we accept no liability for any use of products contrary to these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
