Glow Blend — also sold as Glow Stack, Glow 70 or simply Glow, and listed elsewhere as a glow stack pen, glow peptide pen or glow pen — is a three-peptide preparation supplied pre-mixed in a 3 ml stabilised cartridge. Each cartridge holds 140 mg in total: GHK-Cu 100 mg, BPC-157 20 mg and TB-500 20 mg. The ratio is fixed when the cartridge is filled, so it is identical in every unit of a fill and does not depend on how the material is handled after it arrives.

What is in the Glow Blend pen

The blend groups three separate peptides that are ordinarily bought as individual vials. Supplying them together at a fixed ratio removes the step of combining them, and with it the variance that step introduces.

  • GHK-Cu 100 mg — glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine complexed with copper(II). A tripeptide carrier for copper rather than a copper salt, and the largest component of the blend by mass.
  • BPC-157 20 mg — a synthetic pentadecapeptide, originally identified from a protein fraction in gastric juice. It is not produced naturally in the body.
  • TB-500 20 mg — the actin-binding fragment of thymosin beta-4, rather than the full-length protein.

All three are supplied for laboratory research use only. None holds a marketing authorisation in any territory, and BPC-157 has been on the WADA Prohibited List under S0 (non-approved substances) since 2022.

Glow Stack, Glow Blend, Glow 70 — the same three peptides

This combination is listed under several names across UK suppliers, which makes comparing them harder than it should be. Glow Stack, Glow Blend, Glow pen, Glow 70 and plain Glow all refer to the same three-peptide grouping: GHK-Cu with BPC-157 and TB-500. What actually differs between listings is the total mass, the ratio, and whether it arrives as powder or in solution.

The number in the name is the giveaway. A listing called Glow 70 or Glow Stack 70mg holds 70 mg in total, usually GHK-Cu 50 mg with BPC-157 10 mg and TB-500 10 mg. This cartridge holds 140 mg at the same ratio — the 70 mg specification doubled — so one unit covers the work two would elsewhere.

Format is the other axis. Much of the market sells this as a Glow injection prepared from a lyophilised vial, or as a vial with a separate pen device. This is a pre-filled Glow peptide pen: the solution is already in the cartridge at a known concentration, so there is no reconstitution step and no bacteriostatic water to buy alongside it.

The common presentation for this blend elsewhere is 70 mg — typically GHK-Cu 50 mg with BPC-157 10 mg and TB-500 10 mg. This cartridge holds double that in the same 3 ml volume, at the same component ratio.

For a research protocol that matters in two ways. The concentration is higher, so a given quantity of peptide occupies less volume. And a single cartridge covers a longer run of work before a second unit has to be introduced, which is the point at which a new fill, and a new set of handling variables, enters the experiment.

Why pre-mixed rather than lyophilised powder

Most suppliers of this blend ship lyophilised powder in a vial, to be reconstituted before use. That step is where variance enters a peptide workflow: the operator selects a diluent, measures a volume, decides how vigorously to mix, and pierces a septum. Two operators reconstituting identical vials to slightly different volumes hold two different concentrations while believing they hold the same one.

A pre-mixed cartridge removes the step. Concentration is set at fill and shared by every unit from that fill, so it is a specification to plan against rather than a number generated locally. It also removes the need to buy, store and match bacteriostatic water, which is usually sold separately.

Format and dial graduation

The solution is dispensed through a precision dial mechanism graduated at 15 clicks per 2 mg, so the same volume can be dispensed repeatably between measurements. The cartridge is sealed with a tamper-evident closure and carries a fully identified inner label stating compound and strength.

Glow Blend and KLOW compared

Both are pre-mixed multi-peptide cartridges built on the same base. KLOW is the same three peptides with KPV 20 mg added, taking the total to 160 mg. Glow Blend is the three-peptide version at 140 mg.

The practical difference is scope rather than strength: KLOW introduces a fourth variable, Glow Blend holds the set to three. For work where the question concerns the three-peptide combination, the narrower blend keeps the number of simultaneous variables lower.

  • BPC-157 — cytoprotection assays and angiogenic signalling in preclinical models. Human evidence remains limited to small uncontrolled series, so the literature is overwhelmingly in vitro and animal.
  • TB-500 — actin sequestration and cytoskeletal organisation. As the actin-binding fragment of thymosin beta-4 rather than the whole protein, it is used to isolate that binding activity from the parent molecule’s other sites.
  • The combination — multi-peptide interaction and cross-pathway work: whether co-exposure alters the profile seen with each peptide alone, and whether a metal-carrying peptide behaves differently alongside two that do not carry a metal.

Single-compound work is better served by the individual cartridges: GHK-Cu Pen 100mg for the copper tripeptide alone, or the BPC-157 + TB-500 Pen 40mg for the two repair peptides without the copper component.
