Dispatch
- Orders paid before 2:00 pm GMT on a working day are dispatched the same day; later payments dispatch the next working day.
- Products are picked from temperature-monitored storage and packed in thermal-insulated packaging with a tamper-evident seal.
- The outer box is plain.

Tracking
Your tracking number is emailed the moment your order ships. If tracking has not updated for 3 working days (UK) or 10 working days (international), contact [email protected] and we will investigate with the courier.
International orders
International buyers are responsible for ensuring the products can be lawfully imported into their country, and for any customs duties or taxes. Research documentation can be included with the shipment on request.
On arrival
Inspect the parcel on delivery. If the tamper seal is broken or contents are damaged, photograph everything and report it to us within 48 hours — this is the only window in which a damaged, faulty or incorrect item can be resolved; see our Returns & Refunds Policy. Refrigerate pen products (2–8 °C) promptly; see Storage & Handling.
