On arrival
- Unpack promptly and check the tamper seal.
- Move products to their storage temperature as soon as possible.
- Retain the product label information alongside your research documentation.

Handling practice
- Handle in accordance with standard laboratory practice: gloves, clean bench, aseptic technique for any septum puncture.
- Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles for reconstituted material; aliquot where a protocol requires repeated access.
- Do not use products past their stated stability period; contact support if documentation is unclear.
