Peptide Global

Affiliate Agreement

This agreement governs participation in the Peptide Global affiliate programme. By applying, and by using a discount code issued to you, you accept these terms. They sit alongside our Terms & Conditions and Research-Use-Only Policy, which also apply to you.

1. Applying and approval

  • Applications are reviewed individually. We may accept or decline any application at our discretion and are not obliged to give a reason.
  • You must be 18 or over and, where you are acting in the course of a business, authorised to enter this agreement on its behalf.
  • You must give accurate information about who you are and how you intend to promote us, and tell us if that changes materially.

2. Your discount code

  • On approval you are issued a unique discount code giving your referred customers 10% off their order.
  • The code is personal to you. You may share it publicly with your audience, but you may not sell it, transfer it, or allow another person to promote under it.
  • We may change the discount rate, or withdraw or replace a code, on reasonable notice.
  • Orders you place yourself using your own code earn no commission.

3. Commission

  • You earn 20% commission on qualifying orders placed using your code.
  • Commission is calculated on the product total the customer actually paid, after all discounts and excluding delivery charges and any taxes or duties.
  • Commission is recorded only once an order reaches a paid status. Because we take payment by bank transfer, an order that is placed but never paid earns nothing.
  • Commission is held as pending for 30 days after payment clears. If the order is cancelled, refunded or charged back in that period, the commission is cancelled.
  • After 30 days commission becomes payable and appears as owed in your dashboard.

4. Payment

  • Payouts are made monthly by bank transfer, in pounds sterling, once your payable balance exceeds £50. Balances below that roll forward.
  • You are responsible for supplying correct payment details, and for any loss caused by details you give us incorrectly.
  • You are responsible for your own tax, National Insurance and any VAT arising on commission you receive. Commission is stated exclusive of VAT; if you are VAT registered, tell us.
  • If we discover that commission was paid on an order later found to be fraudulent, refunded or in breach of this agreement, we may offset it against future commission or ask for it back.

5. How you may promote us — research use only

This section is the most important term in this agreement. Our products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not medicines, foods, cosmetics or supplements, and they are not for human or veterinary use.

  • You must present the products only as research compounds.
  • You must not state or imply that any product can be taken by a person or an animal, or that it treats, prevents, cures or diagnoses any condition, or that it assists with weight loss, muscle gain, tanning, anti-ageing, fertility or any other bodily effect.
  • You must not give dosing, injection, reconstitution-for-use, cycling or administration guidance aimed at human use.
  • You must not present yourself as a doctor, pharmacist or clinician in connection with these products, or offer medical advice alongside them.
  • You must not promote to, or in channels aimed at, anyone under 18.
  • You must make clear you are an affiliate and earn commission, wherever the law or platform rules require it — in the UK that includes the CAP Code and ASA guidance on identifying advertising.

A breach of this section is a material breach. We will withdraw your code immediately and may cancel unpaid commission.

6. Things you must not do

  • Send unsolicited bulk email, SMS or messages of any kind, or post your code as spam.
  • Bid on “Peptide Global” or confusingly similar terms in paid search, or run ads that impersonate us.
  • Register domains, social handles or app names containing our brand name.
  • Use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, malware, typosquatting or any automated or deceptive traffic method.
  • Post your code to discount-aggregator or voucher sites without our written agreement.
  • Copy our website, branding or product photography beyond the promotional materials we supply, or alter our logo.
  • Make any statement about pricing, stock, delivery times or our business that is inaccurate or that we have not confirmed.

7. Your relationship with us

You are an independent contractor. Nothing here creates employment, partnership, agency or joint venture. You have no authority to make representations, give warranties, accept orders or enter obligations on our behalf, and you must not hold yourself out as able to do so.

8. Suspension and termination

  • Either party may end this agreement at any time, for any reason, by written notice including email.
  • We may suspend or withdraw your code immediately, without notice, where we reasonably believe you are in breach — in particular of section 5.
  • On termination without breach, commission already payable is paid in the next normal payout run, subject to the £50 threshold being waived for a final payment.
  • On termination for breach, we may withhold unpaid commission relating to the breach.
  • You must stop using your code and remove promotional claims about us within 7 days of termination.

9. Liability

Nothing in this agreement excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with this agreement in any 12-month period is limited to the commission paid or payable to you in that period, and we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of opportunity or indirect or consequential loss.

You are responsible for your own promotional activity and for its compliance with applicable law and platform rules, and you agree to indemnify us against claims, fines and reasonable costs arising from your breach of this agreement or from claims you make about our products.

10. Data protection

We process your details to run the programme and pay you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Your dashboard shows order values and commission for orders placed using your code; it does not show customer names, addresses or contact details, and you have no right to receive them.

11. Changes and governing law

We may amend this agreement on reasonable notice, by email or by posting an updated version. Continuing to use your code after a change means you accept it. This agreement is governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
